​PS - One of the biggest reasons I do this work is to help others FAST TRACK their own personal development, emotional growth and healing journeys. I spent nearly 25 years doing it the wrong way (using my mind, books, willpower, meditation, psychotherapy, changing diet and positive thinking). That's not to say those things weren't helpful, they were, it's just they're the SLOW way. The really really slow way to bring about change. It's the difference between walking up 10 flights of stairs or taking a lift.
